Our fitness test was off the charts!!!

The bottom of the chart that is.  Wow!  As Michelle put it, I've abused and neglected my body and now it's out for retribution.  I WILL PAY! 
We did the fitness test on the elliptical.  The lowest fitness rating was A6--very low.  I think we were so bad that the machine couldn't even register results. We managed a 45 minute workout with fat burning and cardio--a pretty good start for a first day.

My goal is:
3 workouts a week for the rest of August & September.

That's it.  That's about all I can do for now...
